The 101st District Conference and Assembly (DCA) of Rotary District 9214 concluded in grand style at Speke Resort Munyonyo, bringing together Rotarians and Rotaractors from across Uganda and Tanzania for three days of inspiration, fellowship, and celebration of service.
 
Held from 23rd to 25th April 2026, the conference stood out as a powerful convergence of ideas, achievements, and forward-looking leadership—reaffirming District 9214’s position as a vibrant and growing Rotary district in the region.

Opening Ceremony: A Powerful Start Led by National Leadership

 
Rt. Hon. Annet Anita Among, Speaker of Parliament of Uganda and a proud Rotarian, officially opened the 101st DCA, setting the tone for the three-day gathering with a powerful and inspiring address.
 
In her remarks, she commended Rotary for its consistent contribution to national development, particularly in health, education, and community service. She challenged Rotarians to scale their impact through sustainable, high-impact projects and encouraged stronger partnerships with government and the private sector.

The Outgoing District Governor highlighted a year of remarkable progress, citing growth in membership, increased contributions to The Rotary Foundation, and impactful service projects across the district.
