Halfway Through the Rotary Year — The Results Are In
Rotary & Rotaract District 9214 has marked the first six months of the Rotary year with a strong record of service delivery, membership growth, Rotary Foundation giving, youth engagement, and digital transformation across Uganda and Tanzania.
The Six Months Performance Recognition is both a celebration of excellence and a strategic pause—allowing clubs to reflect, recalibrate, and accelerate impact in the remaining half of the year.
📍 All recognitions were assessed using Rotary Club Central (RCC) data.

Message from District Leadership
District Governor – Christine Kyeyune Kawooya
“The first six months have shown us what is possible when clubs work with unity, discipline, and purpose.
As we enter the second half, our task is simple: scale what works, deepen partnerships, and multiply impact.”
DG Christine commended clubs for translating plans into measurable outcomes, emphasizing that the district’s strength lies in collaboration, accountability, and sustained momentum.

Past District Governor – Ken Mugisha
“A district performs best when service is purposeful and giving is intentional.
We are judged by how we care for the most vulnerable in our communities.”

Past District Governor – Peace Taremwa
