This year, we are called to unite under our District guiding mantra, Each One Engage for Impact, as we embrace Rotary International President's message of “Creating Lasting Impact”. Together, we have an extraordinary opportunity to strengthen our Clubs, transform our communities, and leave a legacy of service that endures.
As we begin this new chapter, I extend my sincere appreciation to our Immediate Past District Governor, Christine Kyeyune Kawooya, for her exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment throughout the past Rotary year. Her vision, dedication, and tireless service have strengthened our district and laid a solid foundation upon which we will continue to build.
It is a great honor and privilege to serve as your District Governor for District 9214. I see an incredible Rotary family made up of people of action whose passion, integrity, and commitment continue to change lives every day. I look forward to visiting your clubs, listening to your experiences, celebrating your achievements, sharing ideas, learning together, and strengthening the bonds that unite us in service.
This year, let us build on the remarkable legacy of those who have served before us. Let us create stronger clubs, foster deeper member engagement, develop bold and sustainable projects, and expand our reach so that more communities experience the life-changing power of Rotary.
The opportunities before us are immense, and so is our collective potential. When each one of us chooses to engage wholeheartedly, lead with humility, serve with compassion, and act with purpose, our impact will extend far beyond this Rotary year.
